Dharna Shukla
Dharna Shukla
is a hotel management educationist and an experienced hotelier with over two decades of experience in academia hospitality operations. Dr. Shukla has worked in India and abroad in the hospitality sector with chains of The Park, The Taj and Coral Hotels. She has also taught hospitality and tourism management at IHM Lucknow, Christ University Bangalore and was the founding faculty and program leader, hospitality and tourism, at Amity University Dubai. Dr.Shukla has reviewed hospitality and tourism content of Aptech and has been a consultant inspector for NEBOSH certifications in India for a UK-based organization. Dr. Shukla has authored and co-authored many research papers and book chapters. She holds a PhD in Management from Banasthali University, Rajasthan and currently is the Program Leader of BBA (Tourism Management) and an Assistant Professor at Amity School of Hospitality, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow Campus.
