Desislava Stoilova

Desislava Stoilova joined the Faculty of Economics at the South-West University “Neofit Rilski”, Bulgaria as an assistant professor after graduating in 1999. In 2006 she obtained PhD in Finance with a thesis in the field of financial decentralization and intergovernmental fiscal relations. Since 2010, Desislava Stoilova has been an associate professor at the South-West University “Neofit Rilski”. She teaches corporate finance and public finance and is involved in various research projects. Desislava Stoilova is the author of more than 90 publications designed to promote the application of effective methods and tools for financial management in the public and private sectors.
