Daniel Uriel Scott

Daniel U. Scott , PhD, JD, MPA, was selected for inclusion in Marquis Who’s Who, an honor recognizing individuals for their professional impact, accomplishments, and prominence. Dr. Scott has devoted more than 30 years to the legal and business professions, building extensive expertise across litigation, judicial service, and public administration. Since 2013, he has served as an administrative law judge for New York State, following earlier roles as a court attorney from 2004 to 2013 and a criminal litigator from 1996 to 2003. He also served as a judge advocate general in the New York Army National Guard and U.S. Army Reserve from 2005 to 2009. Dr. Scott holds a PhD and MPA from Liberty University, a JD from The University of Toledo, and a bachelor’s degree from Daemen University. His professional credentials include certifications in mediation, conflict management, and social and behavioral research, along with memberships in several legal and professional organizations.
