Damla Koroglu Unver
Damla Köroğlu Ünver
completed her double major in Business Administration and Psychology at Hacettepe University in 2014. Since 2015, she has been serving as a lecturer at Istanbul University’s School of Business, conducting academic research in behavioral finance, organizational behavior, gender studies, and strategic management. Through her academic publications and participation in national and international conferences, she contributes to the knowledge base in business and management. Her work integrates insights from both psychology and business disciplines, offering an interdisciplinary perspective. Köroğlu’s academic contributions focus on advancing new approaches and methodologies in the field of Management and Organization, supporting innovation and development within the discipline.
