Corneliu Octavian Turcu
Corneliu Octavian Turcu
received his B.Sc. (1991) and Ph.D. (1999) degrees in Automatic Systems from the University of Iași, Romania, and an M.Sc. in Informatics from Ștefan cel Mare University of Suceava. Since 1991, he has been with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Ștefan cel Mare University of Suceava, where he is a Full Professor of System Theory and Intelligent Systems. He also serves as Head of the Programmes Management Department and supervises both Ph.D. and M.Sc. theses. Dr. Turcu has authored more than 100 research papers and four books. His research interests include intelligent systems, web technologies, the Internet of Things, and automatic control.
