Clint-Michael Reneau

Clint-Michael Reneau, Ph.D. (He/him/his) With accomplishments as a trainer and facilitator on social justice, equity, and inclusion, Dr. Reneau is both a nationally and internationally recognized leader in the field of education. He is the editor and author of the book Leading Higher Education Transformation with Social Justice, Equity, and Inclusion and numerous book chapters and journal articles on disability identity development, LGBTQ+ advocacy, critical leadership pedagogy, and campus equity strategy. His research, educational scholarship, and teaching have taken him throughout the globe, including the United Kingdom, Chile, Brazil, Mexico, Greece, Cuba, and France; most recently, speaking at Oxford University on strategies for supporting students with mental health needs. With over 17 years in education (K-12 and post-secondary) and a concentration on justice and inclusion work that spans the spectrum of disability, LGBTQ+ inclusion, healthy masculinities, and manhood and whiteness studies concerning power and privilege dynamics, Dr. Reneau has broad experience across a variety of institutional contexts. He serves as Associate Vice President of Student Affairs at California State University, Fullerton.
