Chevon White
Chevon White
, MAT, is a learning and development strategist with expertise in education and nonprofit sectors. A doctoral candidate at the Johns Hopkins School of Education, her research focuses on retention and advancement pathways for Black early-career faculty, emphasizing equity-driven institutional practices, faculty development, and organizational change. She has conducted state-level Educator Preparation Program (EPP) reviews with the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE), coached school leaders on culturally responsive practices, and led school culture audits to enhance inclusive learning environments. Previously, as Program Director and Assistant Professor of Practice at Relay Graduate School of Education, she developed equity-centered curricula, managed grant funding, and built strategic partnerships, impacting over 200 educators annually. Her work integrates critical inquiry and cross-sector collaboration to foster inclusive learning environments.
