Channi Sachdeva
Channi Sachdeva
is pursuing a PhD in Human Resource Management at Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab, India. She also serves as an Editor for the Emerald book HR 5.0 Integration: Unleashing the Potential of the Digital Twin Revolution. Her research interests encompass the AI revolution, technology readiness, cognitive dissonance, digital twins, virtual reality, and workplace happiness. She is currently working on enhancing the theory of cognitive dissonance. Channi has authored several articles on public issues for prominent newspapers, including The Tribune, Times of India, and Hindustan Times Ludhiana. Her work includes a bibliometric paper published in a journal, a research framework for which she has received a copyright certificate from the Government of India, and additional research papers published in IEEE (Scopus-indexed). Taylor & Francis, Emerald and other Scopus-indexed publishers have published her book chapters. Several of her book chapters and conference proceedings have been published (Scopus Indexed), and some publications are pending. In addition to her academic and research accomplishments, Channi is a successful businesswoman based in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. She has previously worked as an HR Generalist at DSB Edutech and has two years of teaching experience at a reputed management institution in India.
