Cecelia Wright Brown

Cecelia Wright Brown is an Assistant Professor in the School of Science, Information Arts and Technology at the University of Baltimore. Dr. Wright Brown has over twenty-five years of experience in engineering and education. She has facilitated workshops on the use of instructional technology for teachers in public schools systems, applied mathematical applications in homeland security critical infrastructure, facilitated panels of technical professionals on homeland security/terrorism, and has presented before government officials on the topic “Enterprise Resource Planning & Development Role in Decentralization and Civil Reform Programs” in Expo, 2006, Port au Prince, Haiti. In addition, she has mentored, conducted STEM workshops for students in grades 6-12, implemented training sessions for teachers, created University-Business partnerships, and coordinated University programs in Homeland Security and STEM.
