C. Vijayabanu
C. Vijayabanu
is currently a Professor at the School of Management, SASTRA University in India. She obtained her Ph.D. in Commerce-Human Resource Management in 2000 at Bharathidasan University, India. Her current research interests focus on the areas of behavioral studies –Personality, Perception: attitudes & values. She handles courses such as Human Resource Management, organizational behaviour, and specialization courses such as Change Management, Training & Development, etc. She brings to her classes enriched knowledge of 5 years of Research & 16 years of academic experience. She has produced 5 doctoral scholars successfully and currently Guiding 2 Ph.D. scholars. She has presented papers at international and national level conferences and seminars. She has published several research articles and case studies in referred Scopus-indexed journals. She has served on the Editorial Review Boards of several academic journals, including Business theory and practice, the Journal of Management Social Science and Humanities and the Journal of Business Economics and Management.
