Brian Redmond
, PhD is a Teaching Professor of Organizational Leadership and the Online Education Lead for the School of Labor and Employment Relations at The Pennsylvania State University. Additionally, he owns and operates a leadership consulting firm that works with global clients. Dr. Redmond’s education is in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He has been teaching, researching, consulting, and practicing in various areas of leadership since 2000 with a general focus on people skills for leaders. His current area of study is the domain of self-awareness for leaders and followers and how that impacts the leadership process. In his spare time, Brian likes to cross-country ski and read science fiction and historical autobiographies.
