Blaire Zielke
, LMSW, CAADC is the Executive and Clinical Director of Enlightened Recovery in Kalamazoo, Michigan, where she leads the strategic and clinical operations of a substance use disorder treatment facility grounded in a holistic and integrative approach to care. With over a decade of experience in behavioral health, she has worked across inpatient psychiatry, emergency services, and youth-focused programming, bringing a trauma-informed and equity-driven lens to her leadership. Blaire is currently pursuing a PhD in Interdisciplinary Health Sciences at Western Michigan University. Her research focuses on disparities in behavioral health access, system-level outcomes, and evidence-based program development. In addition to her clinical and academic roles, Blaire has served as a consultant in youth professional development and anti-human trafficking initiatives, supporting policy advancement and organizational training.
