Bikram Tikader
Bikram Tikader
is a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Ph.D. Research Scholar in the P.G. Department of Education, Fakir Mohan University, Odisha. His research interests include teacher wellbeing, educational psychology, digital learning, and policy studies. He has presented papers at various national and international conferences and published several articles in reputed peer-reviewed and UGC-listed journals, including Scopus-indexed journal.
