Bhupinder Pal Singh Chahal
is an Adjunct Marketing Professor at Yorkville University in New Westminster, BC, Canada. Additionally, the Chartered Association of Business Schools in London has awarded him the Certified Management and Business Educator (CMBE) designation. With a distinguished career spanning over 15 years in the realm of management education, Dr. Chahal boasts an impressive background as the Professor & Head of Department at Apex Institute of Technology (AIT-Management) within Chandigarh University, a QS Asia-ranked institution, where he dedicated 11 years of his professional journey. Dr. Chahal's expertise lies in Marketing and International Business, and he has provided mentorship for research work across diverse topics within these domains, contributing to papers, case studies, chapters in books, and publications in international and national refereed journals, including those listed in Scopus, ABDC, and UGC. His research contributions have been showcased in conference proceedings at multiple international and national conferences, as well as in edited books. In addition to mentoring Ph.D. research scholars on topics such as knowledge management, financial inclusion, online and social media marketing, international business, and entrepreneurship development, Dr. Chahal has successfully supervised the completion of five Ph.D. research projects under his guidance. Utilizing participatory and innovative teaching methodologies, Dr. Chahal imparts comprehensive knowledge to students, aligning with the course curriculum. Dr. Chahal's wealth of experience extends to conducting training and capacity-building programs at the national level. His innate expertise lies in team building, survey implementation, data analysis, competency enhancement, and strategic planning. With two international patents to his credit, Dr. Chahal has demonstrated exceptional accomplishments in the realms of research and innovation. Over his 18-year career (3 years Ph.D. research scholar), with a predominant focus on academia for over 15 years, Dr. Chahal has held pivotal decision-making positions in various committees, teams, and clubs dedicated to transforming institutions into Centres of Excellence. As a dedicated educator, he has a natural flair for teaching and evaluating learners, employing special assessment techniques that challenge and enhance the learning experience. Dr. Chahal remains committed to staying updated with the latest business management, marketing, and knowledge management developments.
