Belen Maria Moreno-Cabezali
Belen Maria Moreno-Cabezali
holds a double bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management and Law from Rey Juan Carlos University, as well as a Master's in Auditing and Higher Accounting from the same institution. She earned her PhD in Management Engineering from the Technical University of Madrid. Since the 2020–2021 academic year, she has been a faculty member in the Department of Business Economics (ADO), Applied Economics II, and Fundamentals of Economic Analysis. Her research focuses on risk analysis in engineering project management using fuzzy logic, human resource management, and the digital transformation of organizations. The outcomes of her work have been published in high-impact international journals such as Computers & Industrial Engineering (Q1, JCR) and the Journal of Cleaner Production (Q1, JCR). Additionally, her interest in the military field has led to research on risk analysis in additive manufacturing projects, resulting in a publication in the Aeronautics and Astronautics Journal of the Spanish Air and Space Force.
