Belay Girma
(MBA, BA) is the General Manager of Friendship Hypermarket and Vice President and Academic Dean for Deli Institute of Online University (DIOU). He has more than 30 years of experience in various managerial positions in various private and public organizations. His area of expertise and research covers organizational leadership, management, strategy Management, strategic planning, change management, organizational behavior, sales and marketing, business development, and HRM. Mr. Girma has published research articles in international journals and contributed to the peer-reviewing processes of international journals. He is also engaged in offering lectures and teaching services for undergraduate students at college.
