Begüm Kanat Tiryaki
Kanat Tiryaki
received her Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Institute of Social Sciences at Ege University in 2024. She has been a faculty member at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences since 2020. She also served as Departmental Vice Coordinator for the Erasmus+ Program since 2021. She participated in the Erasmus Program during both her undergraduate and doctoral studies. During her doctoral studies, she worked as a visiting researcher at the University of Oviedo for two months. Her research focuses on digital transformation in organizations, human resource management, and organizational power. She has published several articles and is currently involved in ongoing research projects.
