Balakrishnan Muniapan
Balakrishnan Muniapan
is an international award winning lecturer in HRM. He is a Malaysian and currently teaching HRM at Birmingham City University in the UK. He has been a Visiting Professor in HRM and an external examiner for PhD thesis for universities within Asia, Australia, Africa and Europe. Dr Bala has presented on HRM at conferences in numerous countries within Asia, Africa, Europe, Australia and the USA. He has vast experience in facilitating HR training for hundreds of organisations within Malaysia and worldwide.
