Bailey R. Fairbanks
Bailey R. Fairbanks
is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Government, Public Service, and International Studies at the University of Central Arkansas, in Conway Arkansas. She received her PhD in Political Science from Georgia State University with a focus on Public Law and American Politics. She currently serves as the Pre-Law Advisor for the University of Central Arkansas, as well as a non-resident Fellow for the Pulaski Institute housed in Little Rock, Arkansas. Her research is primarily centered on the impact that diversity and identity, broadly defined, affect judicial decision-making in state appellate courts and state courts of last resort. Her work has appeared in PS: Politics & Political Science, Social Science Quarterly, and New Political Science.
