Bahattin Avcı
Bahattin Avci
was born on March 21, 1970, in Eskişehir. He completed his primary and secondary education in Eskişehir and graduated from Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, in 1993. After fulfilling his compulsory service in Erzurum between 1993 and 1996, he completed his medical specialization in Biochemistry and Clinical Biochemistry at Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine between 1996 and 2000. Additionally, in 2021, he obtained a Master's degree in Health Management from the Graduate School of Ondokuz Mayıs University. Between 2000 and 2008, Prof. Dr. Bahattin AVCI worked as a Specialist Doctor at Aydın Atatürk State Hospital, where he also held various administrative positions. He began his academic career in 2008 as an Assistant Professor at Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Medicine. He was awarded the title of Associate Professor in 2014 and was promoted to full Professor in 2022.
