Badariah Binti Ab Rahman

Badariah Ab Rahman started her academic career at Universiti Malaysia Sabah and was attached to the Industrial Relations Programme since 2014. At the same time being was appointed as a Research Fellow at Borneo Institute of Indigenous Studies (BorIIS) and actively involved in research and publication. Her research interest was on democracy and employee participation which include employee voice, employer-employee harmonious working relationship, partnership and organizational culture. Dr Badariah obtained her PhD in 2019 from Universiti Malaysia Sabah and currently as an independent academic writer and researcher.
