B. M. Rama Murthy
Ramamurthy B. M.
is an MBA, M.Phil, Ph.D in Finance, passionate about exploring new pedagogical tools for teaching Accounting and Finance courses with two and half decades of experience in teaching, research and administration. He is currently serving as an Associate Professor and Principal – UG Programs at AIMS B-School, Peenya, Bengaluru. He has completed Simulation Certificate in Entrepreneurship Strategy from Wharton Interactive, Wharton University of Pennsylvania. He has been instrumental in introducing “Simulations” as a new pedagogical tool to enhance experiential teaching and learning processes at AIMS B-School. He has organized International Conference on “Transformative Business Innovation” in collaboration with University of Cyberjaya at Malaysia in the year 2022. He has received “Dr. Radhakrishna Shikshana Ratna National Award” for the distinguished contributions to the development of the Nation and achieving outstanding excellence in the field of Teaching/Training/Research and Administration presented by International Institute for Social and Economic Reforms(R), Bengaluru on 13 th January 2014. He has published patent on “Monetary Incentives and Employee Performance” in 2023.
