B. Elamurugan
Dr.
Elamurugan Balasundaram
received the B.C.A. Degree in St Joseph’s arts and science college from University of Madras, in 2004, the M.B.A. degree in Bishop Heber College from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli, in 2006, and the Ph.D. Degree in Management from Annamalai University, Chidambaram, India, in 2015. His research and teaching interests include theory and application of Human resource Practices, Marketing Management, Economics and Econometrics. Dr. Elamurugan currently serves as an Associate Professor of Business Administration, at Sri Manakula vinayagar Engineering College, Puducherry. He has published over 13 papers in peer reviewed journals and international conferences and also with four book chapters.
