Azzeddine Allioui
Azzeddine Allioui
is an associate professor and researcher at ESCA Ecole de Management in Casablanca/Morocco. In the past, he was a consultant and professional trainer in corporate finance and a visiting Professor at several private and public universities and business schools in Morocco. He also holds a Doctorate in Management Sciences. Azzeddine Allioui is the author of many scientific publications, his research mainly focuses on issues related to corporate finance in general, and specifically to financial policies, investment policies, performance, succession, and sustainability in family businesses, as well as linking them to cultural and socio-psychological specificities. Most recently, Azzeddine is interested in scientific research on innovation practices and strategies in higher education and scientific research in Morocco. This leads him to have two research perspectives: 1) research on corporate finance and family businesses, and 2) research on innovation in Moroccan higher education.
