Atisha Mandal
is a dedicated scholar in the field of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. She completed both her Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) and Master of Physical Education (M.P.Ed.) from the Laxmibai National Institute of Physical Education (LNIPE), Gwalior, reflecting a strong academic foundation and consistent training in sports sciences. Currently, she is pursuing her Ph.D. in Physical Education at LNIPE, Gwalior, where she is actively engaged in advanced research aimed at strengthening the scientific and pedagogical dimensions of physical education. Her academic interests include physical education pedagogy, sports training methodologies, and performance enhancement through evidence-based practices. She is motivated to contribute to teaching, research, and professional practice in physical education and sports sciences, with a focus on promoting quality education and scientifically informed training approaches.
