Astrid Garza
Astrid Garza
holds an Ed.D. in Character Education with a specialization in the development of social and emotional competencies from Regent University, USA. She also has two master's degrees, one in Educational Psychology and another in Leadership Studies from the University of Victoria, Canada. She is a founding partner of Liderazgo Integral Consultores and has provided training and consulting services to companies such as Ternium, Mattel, and FM Global, among others. Additionally, Dr. Garza has been working as a professor at the University of Monterrey for 15 years, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses on leadership and emotional intelligence, among other subjects. She has also conducted training workshops on leadership and emotional intelligence in Mexico, Guatemala, Canada, USA, and France, and has published several articles on these topics at both national and international journals.
