Ashley Tong
Ashley Tong
is a lecturer in Accounting & Finance with more than 10 years of experience in higher education. Her thesis explored the personality traits of top management, particularly narcissism, and its relevant impact on the financial performance of the listed companies in Malaysia. She has published in several journals and acts as the international advisory board member for a journal. She is also a member of the board of directors of an entrepreneurial association in Malaysia. Her research interests include behavioral finance, customers behavior and psychology, artificial intelligence, sustainability, and corporate governance.
