Ashiv Choudhary
is currently an Assistant Professor and Research Fellow, Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (CADR) at Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University. He is also Faculty Advisor for ADR HOC - Knowledge Steez. He holds LL.M. in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London with Distinction in Dissertation titled ‘Arbitrability of Patent Issues – An analysis from Indian and Global Perspective’. He has published several articles in peer reviewed Indian as well as International law journals. His primary areas of interest are Alternate Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, Indian Penal code, Law of Torts, Civil Procedure Code, etc.
