Asghar Afshar Jahanshahi
Asghar Afshar Jahanshahi
holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration and completed his postdoctoral studies at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. He currently serves as a Senior Researcher at the Research Center for Entrepreneurial Initiatives at IPADE Business School, Mexico. Before joining IPADE, he worked as a full-time Professor at Tec de Monterrey and CENTRUM Católica Graduate Business School, PUCP, Peru. His research has been published in leading academic journals, including the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Business Ethics, and American Psychologist, among others. Asghar’s work focuses on entrepreneurship and strategy, with a particular emphasis on the behaviors of entrepreneurs, CEOs, and TMTs in newly established firms.
