Arti Gupta
Arti Gupta
, M. Pharm., Ph.D., is a distinguished pharmaceutical sciences professional with a focus on pharmacognosy. She is the Director of Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering and Technology (Pharmacy), Bareilly, and has extensive teaching experience spanning 17.5 years. Dr. Gupta has held significant academic and administrative positions, including Professor, Principal, and Dean at ITM College of Pharmacy and Research, and HOD at Maliba Pharmacy College. Her research focuses on green synthesis and characterization of nanoparticles, with notable projects on gold nanoparticles and their applications in antimicrobial and immunomodulatory treatments. She holds seven patents and has guided numerous Ph.D. and postgraduate dissertations. Dr. Gupta has received several awards, including the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Teachers' Excellence Award 2020 and the InSc Research Excellence Award 2020. She has published extensively, contributing to journals like Biomedicine & Pharmacotherapy, Advanced Pharmaceutical Bulletin, etc.
