Aradhana Ramnund-Mansingh
is the Manager of the Business School at MANCOSA and a Research Fellow at the University of the Free State. A prolific scholar, she has published widely in books and peer-reviewed journals, with research that critically interrogates gender, decolonisation, and the socio-historical constructs of education in South Africa. Her expertise as a human resources practitioner spans organisational transformation, talent management, and corporate culture, with a particular focus on gendered workplace dynamics, including the queen bee syndrome and the persistence of old boys’ networks. Prof. Ramnund-Mansingh is frequently featured as an academic expert across print, radio, and television media.
