Anuttama Ghose
Anuttama Ghose
is an Assistant Professor of Law and Program Coordinator of BA LLB (Hons.) Program at the School of Law, Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University, Pune, India. She is also currently heading the Centre for Innovation, Incubation, and Intellectual Property Laws (CIIIPL) at the MIT WPU School of Law. She has completed her BA LLB (IPR Hons.) from the School of Law, KIIT University, Bhubaneshwar and an LL.M with specialization in the field of Intellectual Property Laws from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, India. She has completed her PhD in the field of Protection of Non-Conventional Trademarks from the School of Law and Justice at Adamas University, Kolkata. She has previously worked as Vice-Principal and Assistant Professor of Law at the Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Darjeeling, West Bengal. Apart from being an IPR enthusiast, she is a keen researcher with over 25 academic publications in National and International Journals to her credit.
