Anurodh Upadhyay
Dr.
Anurodh Upadhyay
is an esteemed legal scholar and educator, specializing in criminal law, constitutional law, forensic science, and evidence law. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Law at Galgotias University, Greater Noida, where he is actively involved in teaching, research, and curriculum development. Dr. Upadhyay holds a Ph.D. in Law from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi, where he conducted extensive research on the use and impact of forensic science in criminal investigations: constitutional and legal issues. His research critically analyzes the intersection of forensic techniques and constitutional protections within the Indian legal system. He also earned his LL.M. from Banaras Hindu University (BHU) in 2016 and completed his B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of Allahabad in 2014. His academic excellence is reflected in his achievements, including: • Qualifying UGC NET twice (July 2016 and November 2017). • Securing All India Rank 14 in CLAT PG (2016) and All India Rank 27 in CLAT PG (2017). • Qualifying the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) in 2015. Dr. Upadhyay has extensive teaching experience, having previously worked at Narayan School of Law, Gopal Narayan Singh University, Sasaram, Bihar (2022-2023) and as a Teaching Assistant at Banaras Hindu University (2017-2022). In these roles, he has delivered lectures, mentored students, developed curriculum content, and contributed to legal scholarship. In addition to his academic engagements, he has interned at the Mediation and Conciliation Center, High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, gaining practical exposure to civil and criminal law proceedings. He has also worked as a Research Assistant, contributing to legal research projects, literature reviews, and scholarly publications. With a strong foundation in both legal practice and academia, Dr. Upadhyay continues to bridge the gap between law and forensic science, ensuring that legal professionals are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for modern legal challenges. His dedication to research and teaching makes him a valuable contributor to legal academia and the criminal justice system.
