Anton Kozhankov
, Ph.D. Associate Professor, Department of Trade Affairs and Trade Regulation, MGIMO University, Russia Anton Kozhankov is a member of the Board of the Association of Customs Lawyers and holds a Ph.D. in Law. He serves as an Associate Professor at the Department of Trade Affairs and Trade Regulation at MGIMO University under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. In addition to his academic work, Anton is the CEO of Astema Group, a logistics company providing comprehensive services in international trade and cross-border cargo transportation since 2014. Under his leadership, Astema Group has established representation in several regions across Russia and has become an accredited logistics partner of the Russian Export Center. The company also serves as the official representative of Heilongjiang Dragon-Link International Logistics Co., a state-owned Chinese logistics enterprise. Anton actively contributes to bridging academia and practice in the field of trade regulation, customs law, and international logistics.
