Anthoanette Kommeh
is a PhD candidate whose research focuses on NGOs' sensitivity to local gender dynamics and their influence on project outcomes and community relations. Her work explores how gender-aware strategies can enhance NGO interventions, particularly in marginalized communities. Her research also delves into the intersection of migration and NGO activities, investigating how nonprofits can better support immigrant populations through inclusive, culturally sensitive practices. With expertise in ethnographic methods and participatory development, she is passionate about fostering positive social change through academic and practical contributions.
