Dr.
Ansuman Samal
is currently working as a Professor in the Faculty of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Siksha O Anusandhan Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. He has more than 18 years of experience both in the field of marketing research and in academics. He has completed his graduation in Information Technology from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, MBA from KIIT Deemed to be University and PhD from Siksha O Anusandhan Deemed to be University. As an acclaimed scholar, he has received the Chancellor’s Gold Medal from KIIT Deemed to be University for securing highest mark during the MBA programme. Before joining Siksha O Anusandhan, he was working as a senior researcher at IMRS Advisory Pvt. Ltd. In Bengaluru. As an academician, he has published more than 80 numbers of research articles in various National and International journals of repute. He has also authored 5 Books and has participated in more than 100 numbers of National and International Conferences, workshops, seminars / webinars and presented his research works. He has successfully guided 2 numbers of PhD students and another 4 students are currently continuing their research work under his guidance. His research interests include services marketing, hospitality & tourism management, consumer behavior, quality management, and strategic management.
