Anssi Tarkiainen
(D.Sc., Economics and Business Administration) is a Professor (tenure track) in Digital Marketing in School of Business and Management, LUT University, Finland. Overarching theme in his research is human behavior and decision-making of individuals and groups, which he has studied in the contexts of consumer behavior, sales management, and strategy. In consumer behavior, his research topics include consumers’ purchasing behavior and media consumption, and adoption of new technologies. In sales management, he studies the sales force management and organizational adoption of technologies. In strategy research, he studies shared managerial cognition and its implications on firm strategy and performance.
