Ansar Abbas
Ansar Abbas
brings a wealth of expertise in organizational behavior, leadership, and strategic management to one of Pakistan’s respected institutions. Currently serving as Associate Dean at the Faculty of Management Sciences, Hamdard University, Islamabad Campus. His academic journey is marked by a deep commitment to international collaboration and scholarly excellence. After earning his PhD in Management from Universitas Airlangga in Surabaya, Indonesia—through the prestigious Airlangga Development Scholarship Program (ADS)—Dr. Abbas continued to foster global academic ties. He now serves as an International Undergraduate Faculty Member at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Universitas Airlangga, contributing to cross-cultural education and research in Southeast Asia. Dr. Abbas’s research interests span leadership psychology, human resource development, and the intersection of technology, organizational strategy, entrepreneurship, and Change management.
