Ankit Kumar
Dr.
Ankit Kumar
is an Assistant Professor at the School of Law, Sandip University, Sijoul, Madhubani, Bihar. He holds a Ph.D. in Law from the Department of Law and Governance, Central University of South Bihar, where he also obtained his LL.M. and B.Sc.LL.B. (Hons.) degrees. He has qualified the UGC-NET in Law. Dr. Kumar has an extensive academic and research portfolio, with multiple publications including research papers, articles, patents, and book chapters in edited volumes. His works have appeared in peer-reviewed journals and UGC CARE-listed and Scopus publications, and he has presented papers at numerous national and international seminars and conferences. He has also actively participated in various workshops and Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs) at both national and international levels. In addition to his teaching and research responsibilities, Dr. Kumar serves as an editorial member of the University Newsletter of Mangalayatan University, Jabalpur. He has been instrumental in organizing workshops, webinars, and other academic events. His areas of expertise and research interest include Constitutional Law, Arbitration Law, Sports Law, Cyber Law, and allied legal domains.
