With a strong educational foundation comprising a Ph.D. in Management, an MBA with dual specializations in Marketing and Finance, an M. Com, and a B. Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Dr. Garg brings a unique interdisciplinary perspective to business education. He is a certified professional in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, and Project Management, with credentials from institutions like Google, IBM, Microsoft, IIT Kharagpur, and IIMs. His core expertise spans Marketing, Operations, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, MS Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and Business Research. Dr. Garg is a prolific author, having published a significant number of research papers in SCOPUS, ABDC, and peer-reviewed journals. He has also contributed to and edited multiple books and book chapters on trending topics such as AI, blockchain, consumer behavior, and digital transformation. His innovative work is further reflected in several patents in areas like AI-driven marketing strategies and data analytics systems.
