Anjali Sharma

Anjali Sharma is a Professor at the Department of Education, Central University of Rajasthan, bringing with her over twenty-four years of rich experience in teaching and research. Significant contributions across various domains of education mark her academic journey. Dr. Sharma's research prowess is evidenced by her extensive publication record, with approximately fifty research papers featured in reputed journals indexed in Web of Science and Scopus. Additionally, she has authored fifteen chapters in nationally and internationally edited books, further solidifying her scholarly impact. As a mentor and academic guide, Dr. Sharma has successfully supervised seven research scholars to complete their degrees under her expert guidance. Her commitment to academic discourse extends to the global stage, where she has presented over 50 papers at prestigious national and international conferences and seminars. Her academic leadership is underscored by her stewardship of three sponsored research projects spanning diverse educational arenas. Dr. Sharma's innovative spirit led her to design an educational game showcased at Toycathon 2021, reflecting her dedication to educational innovation and pedagogical advancements. Dr. Sharma's influence in the educational landscape is further highlighted by her roles as a UGC-nominated Master Trainer for the Community-based Participatory Research Program under Unnat Bharat Abhiyan 2.0, Government of India, and as a committee member tasked with formulating guidelines for the implementation of the National Education Policy 2020 within the Department of Education. Beyond her academic achievements, Dr. Sharma has played a pivotal role in organizing numerous national seminars, open-house discussions, capacity-building programs, and workshops to enhance the skills and awareness of stakeholders in education, including homemakers, in collaboration with various government agencies in India. Dr. Sharma was recognized for her scholarly contributions and was honored with the “Best Paper Award” at an international conference in Jakarta, Indonesia. She also serves as the Executive nominee of the Global Inclusive Education Network, emphasizing her commitment to inclusive education practices worldwide. Dr. Sharma's editorial acumen is evidenced by her tenure as an associate editor for the Teacher Support Journal published by NCTE, New Delhi, India, and as a respected reviewer for Sage Publications and many other reputed Journals. Her book, published by Cambridge University Press, UK, titled “ Creating New Horizon in Pedagogy through Growth Mindset, underscores her ongoing dedication to advancing educational discourse through rigorous academic inquiry and publication.
