Anisha P. Gopal
Anisha P. Gopal
holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce with cooperation from Kannur University, School of Distance Education, Kannur, Kerala, India. She holds a master’s in business administration from Dr. Janaki Ammal Campus, Palayad, Thalassery, Kannur, Kerala, India. She is currently pursuing a full-time Ph.D. in the field of Management-Human Resource (Mental Health & wellbeing of Graduate Students) from SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, Tamil Nādu, India. Her main research interest falls under human resource management, psychology, counselling and sociology. Her perseverance toward research started during her master’s when she presented a research paper on Employee Engagement of Neo Plast Industries, Ernakulam, Kerala, India in Kannur university. She holds a credit of participation of various events, conferences and holds laurels in winning awards and certificates and holds a passion of research to pursue as her career in future as a educator.
