Anirban Ghatak
is a Professor, Area Chair of Finance, and Board of Governance member at the Global Institute of Business Studies, Bengaluru, with over 23 years of experience confronting systemic challenges in academia. His extensive research in corporate governance, capital structure, mergers & acquisitions, and macroeconomic models equips him with a unique lens for diagnosing institutional tensions and financial paradoxes – expertise directly relevant to Navigating Contradictions, Cognitive Dissonance, and Narrative Conflicts in Higher Education Crisis Diagnostics. As a thought leader who has published 25 peer-reviewed articles, authored 6 books, and led a major Christ University-funded project on governance-performance dynamics, Dr. Ghatak critically examines the interplay of structure, narrative, and crisis.
