Anil Sharma
Anil Sharma
is working as Assistant Professor with Department of Computing Science, Amity School of Engineering & Technology, Amity University, Noida, India. He holds a M.Tech and PhD degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Netaji Subhas University of Technology and Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, India respectively. He has an experience of 3 years in IT industry as ERP consultant and more than 14 years as academician in India and abroad. He has worked with Debre Tabor University Ethiopia, East Africa on United Nation Project. He has published and presented 34 research papers in reputed international journals and conferences, including 15 SCI/ESCI publications. He has authored two textbooks on Data Management and holds three Indian patents. He has delivered several one-week workshops and seminars in universities in India and abroad. He has chaired and co-chaired technical sessions in international conferences of repute. He is a reviewer for reputed Scopus, Web of Science and SCI journals including International Journal of System Assurance Engineering and Management (Springer), International Journal of Intelligent Computing and Cybernetics (Emerald Publishing), IET Collaborative Intelligent Manufacturing (Wiley Publication), Journal of Sensors (Hindawi), Journal of Intelligent & Fuzzy Systems (IOS Press), International Journal of Services, Economics and Management (Inderscience), Wireless Personal Communication (Springer), Frontiers of Oncology and many more. He is a member and reviewer for professional body Internet Society Delhi Chapter. His area of research is Machine Learning, Information Retrieval, NLP, Semantic Web technologies, Bioinformatics & Swarm based optimization.
