Anika Zarin Chowdhury
Anika Zarin Chowdhury
is a graduate of BRAC Business School, BRAC University, with a degree in Human Resource Management. Her work lies at the intersection of organizational behavior and emerging technologies, with a particular focus on the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence. She has authored a book chapter on AI and contributed to the academic community by peer reviewing four research papers for IGI Global Scientific Publishing. With nearly a year of experience in Organizational Development and Excellence (ODE), she applies theoretical insights to practical organizational challenges. Committed to lifelong learning, she aims to bridge the gap between human capabilities and AI, approaching research with a thoughtful, interdisciplinary perspective.
