Angelina Stanojoska

Angelina Stanojoska , Ph.D., is a Full Professor of Criminology and Basic Criminalistics Theory and the acting Vice-Dean for Science and International Cooperation at the Faculty of Law, University “St. Kliment Ohridski” – Bitola, North Macedonia. She graduated from the Police Academy in Skopje, earned her MSc and PhD in Security Sciences at the Faculty of Security in Skopje, and is a Fulbright Visiting Scholar Alumnus, having researched GST and substance abuse at UMSL, USA. In 2023, she received the Chevening Western Balkans Cybersecurity Fellowship. Dr. Stanojoska has authored several criminology textbooks, a monograph on criminological theories, two works on criminal sanctions in North Macedonia, and numerous scientific articles. Her expertise includes female criminality, violent crimes, treatment of incarcerated women, and online gender-based violence. She has also coordinated projects funded by the US and British Embassies in Skopje, focusing on strengthening the digital skills of incarcerated women and empowering students to combat gender-based violence.
