Ana Frade Pina
, MD, PhD, is Head of d Health & Care at Future Healthcare, leading Future Healthcare Virtual Clinic. Holds a PhD in Mechanisms of Disease and Regenerative Medicine from NOVA Medical School, an MSc in Information Management and Business Intelligence from NOVA IMS. Certified Professional of Digital Health Transformation by HIMSS, and black-Belt in VBHC. Having clinical and research experience, she integrates medicine, data science, and innovation to advance value-based digital health. She leads projects applying machine learning to chronic disease management and digital health transformation, and has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in diabetes, artificial intelligence, and dysmetabolism. An active member of national and European medical and technology societies, she serves on the AI Commission of the Portuguese Medical Association. Throughout her career, she has combined clinical practice, academic research, and strategic leadership, committed to delivering evidence-based, technology-driven solutions that create measurable value in healthcare.
