Amrik Singh
Amrik Singh
is a Professor and Head at Lovely Professional University, a prestigious institution with NAAC A++ accreditation. He has over 17 years of experience in teaching, researching, and innovating in the hospitality domain, with a focus on accommodation and tourism management. He holds a Ph.D. and a Master's in Hospitality Management from Kurukshetra University, a NAAC A+ accredited institution. As a leader and educator, Dr. Singh oversees the curriculum, faculty, and student development, and strives to enhance the quality and relevance of hospitality education. He is also a prolific researcher and innovator, with a passion for advancing the hospitality industry through research, innovation, and education. He has authored 40+ research papers, 20 Scopus-indexed publications, 3 books, and 12 patents in various areas of hospitality management. He is also a certified HACCP, room care, and floor care professional, and an award-winning teacher and educator. He is currently guiding 8 Ph.D. scholars and has successfully mentored 4 Ph.D. graduates.
