Aminda Perera
Aminda Methsila Perera
is the Head of the Department of Accountancy and a distinguished academic with extensive qualifications and experience. He holds dual Ph.D. degrees in Management from KEISEI International University, USA, and Marketing from Wayamba University of Sri Lanka. His academic background also includes an MBA in Marketing and an MBA in International Financial Management, alongside a B.Sc. in Public Administration from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. With teaching and research interests spanning Financial Management, Consumer Behaviour, Marketing, and Economics, Professor Perera has made significant contributions to academia. He has also held key administrative roles, including Director positions at organizations such as People’s Bank, Civil Aviation Authority, and Sustainable Energy Authority. A recipient of numerous prestigious awards, including Gold Medals for Best Research Presenter in Management and Economics, Professor Perera is a recognized leader in his field, committed to advancing research and education in Sri Lanka and beyond.
