Alexander Arskiy

Aleksandr Arskiy is a Russian scientist and associate professor of the university. Specialization: logistics systems of the Russian Federation and the EAEU; customs regulation and customs policy in the Russian Federation; problems of organizing educational clusters; problems of continuing professional education. Co-author of 6 textbooks on marketing and logistics. The author of more than 50 scientific papers on logistics and customs regulation. Thesis: “The mechanism of interaction between customs authorities and participants in foreign economic activity using the services of transport and logistics companies” (Russian Customs Academy, 2011).
